Philosophy
Southeastern United Care, LLC commits to providing mental health services in a spiritual, caring, and compassionate manner. We strive to always achieve excellence in all services provided and to remain at the forefront in meeting the changing needs of a mentally ill community. Mental health needs are increasing in diversity and cost, but also there is increased attention being channeled in to the provision of alternative methods of care delivery. These alternatives are focusing on both the consumers’ needs and cost effectiveness of delivery of mental health. With current advances I knowledge and skills in health care delivered within the structured hospital setting or nursing home/facility, alternative methods of cost effective, high quality care are being developed to meet the needs of a diverse patient population. Southeastern United Care feels that mental health can work in conjunction with community health care providers in offering consistency of care through coordinated institution and non-institutional services.
"Your Peace of Mind"
To Southeastern United Care, LLC, this phrase is the grand model that we strive not only to achieve but to exceed minimum homecare and mental health standards. Professional, competent service is vital in achieving our goal of surpassing one’s peace of mind. You may ask whose peace of mind we are referring to. When we subtitle “Your Peace of Mind” with our company name, we are speaking on behalf of the minds of many. We speak of the peace that our clients will have knowing that their staff member is of the highest caliber; your peace of mind in knowing that their staff member was chosen out of many potential applicants through a strict hiring process; peace of mind in knowing that all staff members are drug screened, have State Bureau of Investigations background checks performed, and reference checks completed. Peace of mind is what our caregivers need so desperately while knowing that their loved ones are being cared for in their own environments. Peace of mind is for the medical doctors and case managers in our communities, knowing that they have entrusted their dear patients in the hands of a competent, caring agency such as Southeastern United Care.
Our goal is to provide our clients and consumers with superior customer service through compassionate, professional care. Additionally, our desire is to hire, train, and invest in high quality staff members who will in turn provide a quality of care that exceeds client expectations.
"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." III John 1:2
