Supplemental Educational Services

We believe there's a better way...

Southeastern United Care, LLC
A New Kind of Tutoring Company...

Our teaching philosophy is based upon the firm belief that every child can succeed at school, given the proper encouragement, motivation and tools.

We believe that a tutor's most important job is to listen and observe how your child works and learns, and then provide each student with strategies to work and learn more effectively.

Our aim is to reach underachieving students as early as possible and teach them effective and lifelong learning strategies and problem solving skills. This will begin a cycle of confidence, motivation, and academic success that will stay with them for the rest of their lives!

What Are Supplemental Services (SES)?
The term "Supplemental Educational Services" refers to extra help in academic subjects provided free-of-charge to certain students.
These services are provided outside of the regular school day - before or after school or on weekends.

Who Can Get These Services?
Generally, students who are eligible for free or reduced-price lunch and are enrolled in Title I schools that have been placed on the state's "in need of improvement" list for two or more years are eligible to receive free SES Tutoring.

What Are The Services?
We can provide your Kindergarten through 8th grader with free tutoring in both Reading and Math -- developing basic skills, core knowledge, and test-taking tools!

Who Are The Instructors?
Our instructors have a real investment in our schools and communities -- many of them have enrolled their own children in schools all across North Carolina. We want nothing but the finest for our best and brightest!

What And How Will You Teach?
Your child will be taught in a small group with no more that 6 students to every tutor. Our students will excel because they will receive personalized instruction based on the curriculum taught in their own classrooms.
